User Notes

The mRNArchitect Website accepts biological sequence inputs, including nucleic acid (DNA and RNA) and protein (amino acid) sequences, provided by users for the purpose of generating optimised RNA sequences. Input sequences are not used for any purpose other than generating the output requested in that session. Input sequences are processed transiently, and once the optimisation is complete and output sequence is returned, no copy of the input or output sequence is intentionally saved or stored on any server, database, or storage system operated by or on behalf of the BASE facility or The University of Queensland. Input/output sequences are not used to train or inform other analytical, research, or commercial activity.
